CROCHET CLASS for children (parents are welcome too!)

Introduction to the art of crocheting. Learn beginner crochet or continue your journey and make beautiful crafts for yourself or loved ones.
This special class for children age 5 and older will be organized once a week at Stony Hollow after the Farm program.
Tuesdays, 4:00pm-5:00pm
Children ages 5+ (if your child is ready at an earlier age, they are more than welcome to join).
Level: begginers and intermediate
Investment:
$105* for a 4-week session
$200 for both 4-week sessions
$200* for a Parent+Child 4-week session
Drop-in classes: $37 per class per child or $65 for Parent + Child
*Supplies not included ($25 starter kit will be available for purchase on the first day of the session)

Welcome to our fun and creative crochet class designed especially for children! In this class, young aspiring crafters will embark on a colorful journey into the world of crochet, where they will learn the art of creating beautiful and unique items using just a hook and yarn.
Duration: Our crochet class for children typically runs for 4 to 9 weeks renewing after that period.
Age Group: This class is ideal for children between the ages of 5 and older. Great for parents too. No prior crochet experience is required, making it perfect for beginners. However, if your child has been crocheting already, our teacher will make sure to focus on introducing new skills.
Class Structure: Our crochet class will be conducted in a supportive and interactive environment, where each child receives individual attention and guidance from our experienced instructor. The class size is kept small to ensure a focused learning experience.
Supplies: Not included. The teacher will explain everything during the first class and guide you towards yarn supplies in the area.
Safety: Safety is our top priority. The instructor will teach the children proper handling of crochet hooks and ensure all materials are child-friendly and age-appropriate.
At the end of the class, each child will take home their completed crochet projects, along with newfound skills and a love for this beautiful craft!
