We are thrilled to introduce our new and unique program for the youngest members of our community called “Hummingbirds”. This thoughtfully designed program for the curious and imaginative minds of children ages 1.5 to 2.9. This special program embraces the natural wonder and joy of early childhood, offering a gentle rhythm to each day that nurtures both heart and mind of our youngest friends.
Jan 6 - Mar 13, 2026 (10 week session)
Tuesday & Thursday
Morning program: 9am to 12pm
Will start January 6, however, enrollment is open and ongoing
Ages: 2 to 3 years old
You may also register for only 1 morning
Stony Hollow's "Hummingbirds" Farm, Forest & Homesteading Program is a vibrant outdoor/indoor experience tailored for children aged 1.5 to 2.9. Beginning each day in a circle, surrounded by the warmth of a fire during colder months, children embark on a journey of hands-on learning. From tending to the needs of our friendly farm animals, including cows, mini horses, donkeys, goats, hens, rabbits, and more, to engaging in homesteading projects like butter making and soap making, our program immerses children in the wonders of farm life. Amidst daily chores, gardening endeavors, and cooking adventures with fresh produce from our garden in warmer months, our students foster a deep connection with nature, learning essential skills while exploring the boundless beauty of The Bluestone Wild Forest that surrounds our property. With a harmonious blend of educational activities and natural exploration, each day at Stony Hollow unfolds organically in sync with the rhythm of the children and nature.
EXCHANGE:
Tuesday & Thursday - morning session 9am-12pm, sliding scale from $360 to $480/month
Tuesday or Thursday - 1 morning per week morning session 9am-12pm, sliding scale from $200 to $260/month
Drop-ins - $55 to $75 for 1 morning (question to availability)

Registration is happening simultaneously online and in person, therefore, we do not guarantee the spot yet, you will receive a confirmation email from us letting you know.
Once your spot is confirmed, you will receive an online invoice with the remaining balance.
